Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@audorahome.com with the following:

Your order number

Clear photo or video evidence showing the full product, packaging, and the damaged or defective area

For non-working items, a short video demonstrating the problem

Once verified, we will offer a full refund or a replacement — your choice. You are not required to return the item.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Change of mind or accidental orders

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Items reported after 30 days of delivery

No Returns Required We do not require customers to ship items back. All eligible claims are resolved through refund or replacement only.
